A boy watched sheep on the mountain every day.

他觉得一个人比较无聊。

Tā juéde yí ge rén bǐjiào wúliáo.

He felt that being alone was rather boring.

Just now, he thought of a bad idea.

He told everyone, “The wolf is coming!”

Yīnwèi dàjiā xiǎng bāngzhù tā, suǒyǐ dōu pǎo shàng shān.

Because everyone wanted to help him, they all ran up the mountain.

Nánhái xiào le, shuō zhè zhǐ shì wánxiào.

The boy laughed and said it was only a joke.

虽然大家很生气,但是他们还是回去了。

Suīrán dàjiā hěn shēngqì, dànshì tāmen háishì huí qù le.

Although everyone was angry, they still went back.
